About the Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people during challenging times? We're looking for an Adjuster Sales Professional to join a growing team and help property owners navigate the insurance claims process.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine consultative selling, relationship building, and a passion for helping clients recover what they're entitled to. You'll connect with property owners, commercial business owners and identify their needs.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, commercial property owners, and referral partners.
• Educate prospective clients on the adjusting process and the value of professional claims representation.
• Conduct consultations to understand property damage, insurance concerns, and potential service needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and referral sources to convert opportunities into signed agreements.
• Collaborate with public adjusters and internal team members to ensure a smooth transition from sales to claims service.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the company's CRM.
• Represent the organization professionally at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales, business development, insurance, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients during stressful situations.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close business.
• Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Adjuster license or insurance experience is a plus; licensing requirements will vary by state.
