Opportunity Details: Primarily responsible for surgical assist in the Operating Room with a surgical robot. Perform inpatient rounds, collect data, and write pertinent progress notes on charts. Provide clinical care in an outpatient setting including patient examination, recommendations for and/or interpretation of appropriate routine diagnostic tests. Inform the supervising physician of all changes in the patient's condition and pertinent diagnostic results. Counsel patients regarding physical and mental health. Develop management plans in accordance with established protocols in conjunction with the attending physician. Qualifications Current valid New York State Limited or Unrestricted License National Provider Identification (NPI) Number Graduation from an accredited medical school in the United States or graduation from an international medical school and successful performance on United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or its equivalent Participation in at least one year of ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program(s) Proven ability to work in a team environment Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $135,000* based on 40-hour work week. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $148,500** , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
