Production Planner -Aerospace

York Employment is seeking a Production Planner with aerospace experience to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing materials, and ensuring accurate reporting to meet production and delivery goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze MRP Order Action Reports to determine daily production priorities (produce, reschedule, or expedite)Coordinate with Planner/Forecast team to align production schedulesCompile Manufacturing Outlines (MOs) and request part prints for production floor useReview non-action items and follow up with appropriate departments to resolve missing componentsMaintain and track material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurementUtilize and learn systems such as Syteline and APSMaintain accurate documentation and production recordsAssist with moving materials/products as neededFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2+ years of related production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred)Basic knowledge of MRP systems and production processesProficiency in Microsoft Word; overall computer literacy requiredStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsOpportunity to work in a growing aerospace environmentHands-on role with cross-functional team collaborationStable, team-oriented workplaceYou should be proficient in:Production Planning & Scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
