\n General Gastroenterologist to join a growing, well-established team serving patients throughout the Greater Cincinnati community. This is an excellent opportunity for both  experienced gastroenterologists and physicians completing fellowship , with a strong mix of procedural and outpatient medicine.\n

\n Position Highlights \n

\n
• Specialty: General Gastroenterology
\n
• ERCP/EUS: Not required
\n
• Clinical Schedule:  36 clinical hours per week
\n
\n
• 24 hours dedicated to endoscopy/procedures
\n
• 12 hours dedicated to office/clinic
\n
\n
• Call: Approximately 1:8
\n
• Practice Size: 18 physicians and 8 APPs
\n
• Start Date: Ideally within 3–6 months , but longer timelines can be accommodated
\n
• Experience: Open to physicians at  all experience levels, including new fellowship graduates
\n
• Patient Population: Broad adult gastroenterology
\n
• Coverage: Physicians support various TriHealth hospitals, clinics, and endoscopy centers based on system needs; specific locations will be discussed individually during the interview process.

\n Compensation & Benefits \n

\n

\n
• Estimated Compensation:  $700,000–$1,000,000+
\n
• Compensation is based in part on  wRVU production , providing significant earning potential for high-producing physicians.
\n
• Signing Bonus: $75,000
\n
• Start Bonus: $75,000
\n
• Additional benefits and incentives available through TriHealth.

\n Practice & Growth Opportunity \n

\n

\n TriHealth Gastroenterology is actively growing toward a total need of approximately 22 physicians . The current opening is primarily driven by  practice growth , with additional anticipated opportunities as physicians retire over the next several years.\n

\n

\n Joining this team provides the opportunity to become part of a  large, established gastroenterology practice with strong physician and APP support, a substantial procedural component, and the resources of a major integrated health system.\n

\n Candidate Requirements \n

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
\n
• Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
\n
• ERCP and EUS skills  not required
\n
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
\n
• H-1B candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis
\n
• J-1 candidates are not eligible
\n
