Job Description

• Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
• Client Management: Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Candidate Management: Source, attract, interview, and qualify high-caliber professionals within your specialist market.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial client engagement and job briefing through candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of your sector, competitor landscape, compensation trends, and talent availability to provide valuable market insight.
• Commercial Performance: Take ownership of revenue generation, placement activity, pipeline development, and individual business targets.
• Account Growth: Expand existing client relationships, identify additional hiring opportunities, and develop accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
• Professional Development: Contribute to the wider team, share market knowledge, and support the development of colleagues where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally at Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant level.
• A track record of business development, winning new clients, and growing existing accounts.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Resilience, accountability, and the motivation to work toward ambitious goals.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.
