ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in minor league sports. A trusted mentor introduced me to agency ownership and helped me see the impact I could have by serving customers and developing future leaders. I’ve always loved the competitive side of sports and quickly realized that same drive and energy could be applied to building a successful agency.

I’m married with two daughters and enjoy golfing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. One of my favorite parts of agency ownership is brainstorming with my team and finding new ways to improve and grow together. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports local charities and hosts fundraising efforts throughout the year, including partnerships with organizations like Front Porch Housing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Sprunger - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
