Network Security Engineer

Cloud Network Engineer - L3 (23X7) Oncall – USASalary $110k Location: USA (Preferred Location: Atlanta and NJ)Expertise in ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting network issues, and optimizing network performance.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain the networking infrastructure for our cloud platform.Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, both proactively and reactively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for network-related escalations.Conduct network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization to improve overall efficiency.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud networking.Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.Qualifications:Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a cloud environment.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPN.Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in networking, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies.Familiarity with automation and scripting tools, such as Python or Ansible.
