Process Architect (LSNA-PA/OH/IN/NC/TX/VA)

As a Process Architecture Professional on our team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities—from early feasibility studies to the production of detailed design documents, to rapid technical assistance during construction. You will work directly with clients and support our Jacobs Architecture Subject Matter Experts in developing feasibility studies, concept designs, and masterplans. Your role will also include preparing 3D visualisation images, producing construction documentation, and coordinating with in‑house engineering disciplines. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Architecture school. Minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience. Proficiency in Revit, Sketch‑Up, Navisworks, Revizto, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu. Experience implementing the project process—including programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents. Strong graphic presentation and 3‑D visualisation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects. Ability to coordinate within a multidisciplinary team, including virtual collaboration across geographic locations. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Experience performing construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punchlisting. United States citizenship. Ideally, You’ll Also Have Focus on Life Sciences projects, specifically pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and cGMP requirements. Knowledge of LEED and/or sustainable strategies. Active involvement in professional and/or community associations. Business development and marketing experience. Ability to contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards. The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $185,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
