General Manager – Columbia, SC | $55,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential

Ready to lead an exciting new restaurant opening in Columbia, SC? We're looking for an energetic, people-focused General Manager to launch a fast-growing concept that's making its debut in Columbia, SC. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with plans to open multiple locations throughout Columbia, SC over the coming years.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations

• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team

• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels

• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs

• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting

• Drive local store marketing and community outreach events

• Build strong relationships with guests and create an outstanding customer experience

• Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability throughout the team

• Support both front and back of house operations

• Manage third-party delivery platforms and operational technology

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Previous restaurant management experience

• Strong leadership with a positive, motivating personality

• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development

• Solid financial acumen including P&L management and cost controls

• Experience with local store marketing and community engagement

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$60,000 base salary
