The Role
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven analysis to help guide operational and strategic decisions. This position is an integral part of the finance team and will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful insights. The role is a high-impact individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the FP&A function.
*Preference will be given to candidates who are located in the Phoenix metropolitan area, but for the right candidate, we will consider remote work.
Responsibilities: Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting:
Maintain and enhance RevolutionParts’s three-statement financial model
Maintain a rolling forecast of relevant KPIs and financials
Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and enhance management reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards
Conduct variance analysis on actuals versus budget/forecast and communicate insights
Support board and investor reporting and presentations

Decision Support:
Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives
Contribute to financial due diligence and modeling for potential M&A and strategic opportunities
Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
2 to 3 years of investment banking, private equity, consulting, and/or FP&A experience
Advanced financial modeling skills and familiarity with various financial analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., 3 statement models, buy vs. build analysis, DCF/NPV/IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience with financial modeling and reporting tools a plus
Ability to retrieve, organize, analyze data from multiple sources and produce insightful analysis and recommendations
Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and project management skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
An understanding of SaaS and/or eCommerce companies
MBA, CFA, and/or FP&A certifications are a plus
