Responsibilities The Research Associate is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of evaluation, research, and planning and assessment projects, and conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting. Requirements Experience in research or evaluation, including developing data collection instruments and collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data Experience working with community organizations and diverse populations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred Be at ease interacting respectfully with community partners and community members High attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to balance multiple projects and be flexible in day-to-day work tasks Ability to work collaboratively with other ICH staff Excellent written and oral communication skills Please note that the final offer may vary within the listed Pay Range, based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
