Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months. • BSN completion preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate Unit/Facility Details: During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday rotation Call: Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they would get on call pay. Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young, and Eagle River.
