Electrical EngineerLocation: Cranberry Township, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsiteResponsibilitiesLead electrical design, schematics, and power distribution for automation equipment and plant systemsProduce schematic packages, panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and I/O drawings in CADPrepare BOMs and procurement requests within budget and timelineTest and measure systems to confirm they meet design tolerances/specsDrive project tasks to meet deadlines per specs, requirements, and milestonesCoordinate schedules with Production, Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, and vendorsVerify designs stay on budget and on scheduleReview project stages for design/process improvementsMaintain plant health and safety complianceDefine machine/equipment functions and UI needs with project and sales managersReview schematics with customers and answer questionsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5-10 years related experienceAutoCAD Electrical experience with schematics, panel layouts, power distribution diagramsAble to select/size power supplies, breakers, contactors, VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, safety relays, sensorsAble to calculate panel heat dissipation and specify cooling/ingress protectionAble to design cable/conduit schedules and interconnect diagrams for industrial cablingProficient in AutoCAD 2D, Excel, WordWorks independently and on project teams
