Global Medical Affairs Strategy, Multi-Indication Solid Tumors Intern
Genmab
Genmab seeks an intern to support global medical affairs strategy for solid tumor oncology products. The role involves launch readiness planning, advisory board operations, congress coordination, and knowledge management across a multi-indication portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support launch readiness activities by maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables
- Assist with advisory board planning including agenda development, logistics, and documentation
- Maintain scientific engagement trackers and dashboards for visibility of medical activities
- Support medical congress planning including timeline management and logistics coordination
- Review and organize Medical Affairs knowledge repositories to improve accessibility
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in PharmD or PhD in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in structured academic or professional settings
- Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain complex information with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations and documentation
- Interest in biopharmaceutical development, Medical Affairs, oncology, and launch planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
