Manufacturing HR Manager — On-Site, Payroll & Talent Leader
The Judge Group
The Judge Group is seeking an HR Manager for a Cincinnati, OH facility. You will direct all HR activities for a large plant, aligning with corporate goals and production schedules. The role covers payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and ADA. On-site work in a high-energy manufacturing environment is required.
