Urgent Care Support ratio of 4:1, support staff to doctor. Focus on work‑life balance. Consistent 3/4 day per week schedule; every 4th Saturday preferred. No overnight or holiday commitments. Ability to manage a variety of case types: general practice, urgent, and critical care. Best‑in‑class dual‑layer mentorship program for new graduates. About the Hospital Digital x‑ray and digital dental x‑ray systems. Esaote ultrasound for abdominal and echocardiogram. Isofluorane/Sevofluorane anesthesia. Ultrasonic dental equipment in a separate dental suite. Excellent surgical monitoring capabilities, including EKG, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry. Complete pharmacy – large inventory of established pharmaceuticals. Newest version of Cornerstone, we are a ‘paper‑lite’ clinic. Acupuncture. Good working relationship with local rescue groups. Laser surgery. Electrocautery surgery. Therapeutic cold laser.
