Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Charlotte, North Carolina. This position involves providing critical care services to adult patients in a busy facility with a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center designations. The role requires working nights with a schedule of 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting August 10, 2026. The position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment at a facility with a high patient acuity level.

Job Details:

• Location: 10628 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in respiratory therapy; valid North Carolina licensure; CPR (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; strong skills in critical care, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and all floor therapies; experience with Servo ventilators, Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, bubble CPAP; proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma, cardiac, neonatal, pediatric, and progressive care units; support from respiratory care leadership.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to all facilities within Region 2, including Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, and other neighboring facilities. Travelers will be paid for time traveled between facilities if floating mid-shift.
• Orientation: 2 days departmental orientation.
• Additional Information: Scrub color is royal blue. The department emphasizes teamwork and adherence to organizational culture and values. Free parking is available on-site.
