Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated, holistic, and professional nursing services to patients in coordination with the broader health care team
• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care focused on the priority health needs of each individual patient
• Utilize patient and family education and active participation to help patients attain and maintain optimum health
• Practice professional nursing in accordance with state and national Nurse Practice Act standards
• Care primarily for adult patients on a Medical Surgical unit, with rare or occasional pediatric cases

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing college
• Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
• Familiarity with caring for both adult and pediatric patient populations
