FT Shifts available: 7-3p & 3-11p

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Nurse Manager , overseeing the clinical care team and ensuring high standards of resident care.

• Current RN license in the state of MO
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
• Monitor and manage clinical documentation and resident care plans
