Service Advisor

Andy Mohr Automotive Group is one of the largest automotive dealership groups in Indiana , employing over 1,100 team members across Central Indiana. We're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and gather vehicle information
• Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
• Recommend maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Monitor repair progress and update customers
• Review completed work and explain final invoices
