ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. My State Farm journey began in college when I worked part-time as a team member before building my career as a personal banker and eventually returning to open my own agency. Outside of work, I'm a parent of two young children and enjoy animals, plants, being outdoors, and relaxing with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative. Spanish English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. Part time and Full-time candidates, college students are encouraged to join with office hour from Monday to Friday.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Phone answering and taking message
• Scheduling appointments Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting clients with billing, document, claim questions
• Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks
• Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Motivated to contribute to agency growth

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Hourly wage
• Professional development and advancement opportunities

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time position with standard office hours Monday to Friday.

Compensation: $17,500.00 - $38,000.00 per year
