Warehouse Lead

Warehouse LeadORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. When you join ORBIS, you join a team that invests in your success from day one.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectationsPerform production and warehouse tasks as neededAccurately complete daily paperwork and documentationUtilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and ExcelCommunicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center ManagerOperate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safelyFollow and reinforce all company safety rules and policiesAssist management in achieving financial goals for the service centerFollow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaintsEnsure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policiesWork Experience:1 year of distribution or warehouse experiencePrior forklift experience requiredPrior leadership experienceMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
