We are recruiting for our North America region where you’ll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people based from our New York and Chicago offices. Consultants based in the USA will support clients across the Americas with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long‑term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients. Manager Responsibilities Plan and implement strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved with the support of the team Ensure quality, timeliness and output of project deliverables Act as a decision maker, assigning roles and responsibilities for the team Maintain regular direct communication with client stakeholders and project VPs Understand the client's wider business challenges, identify business problems that we can help solve and report back to the VP Work with colleagues to identify solutions Drive the team efforts, manage risks and any challenges Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out. Qualifications Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain, ideally with some previous experience in Business Development Project management and people management experience A strong academic background Additional skills we are looking for Strong communication, empathy, and relationship‑building skills Strong analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities Comfortable proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr Efficio
