Job Title: Paralegal

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $60,000-85,000

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Paralegal
• Personal Injury background preferred 
• Pre-litigation and litigation support experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) - Nice

Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a wellestablished Fort Worth based litigation-focused law firm seeking an experienced  Paralegal to support their attorneys in a fast-paced, high-quality legal environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems.
• Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation.
• Draft, review, and summarize legal and case-related materials.
• Maintain communication with clients, court staff, and external parties.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed.
• Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience , preferably in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including state and federal court procedures.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (nice to have)
