Overview We’re partnering with a professional organization in the Nashville area that’s looking to bring on a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support their day-to-day office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of front desk support, administrative work, and keeping an office running smoothly. Details Type : Part-Time flexible schedule (as-needed based on office needs) Schedule : Monday–Thursday with occasional Fridays Hours : 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some flexibility as needed Compensation : $25-$28 per hour Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming office experience Support daily office operations including mail, packages, and general admin tasks Coordinate office logistics like workspace setup, equipment needs, and seating Maintain office and kitchen supplies and overall organization Assist with meetings and events including scheduling, setup, and catering Provide additional administrative support as need Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or office support experience Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Able to work both independently and within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
