Pay: $22-23/hr | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Houston, TX 77070 . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

·         Location: Houston, TX 77070

·         Pay: $22-23/hr

·         Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

·         Start Date: Immediate

·         Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire

·        Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

·        Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:

o   HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required)

o   Electrical repairs

o   Plumbing repairs

o   Appliance diagnostics and repair

o   Carpentry and general maintenance

·        Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

·        Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

·        Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

·        Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

·         EPA or HVAC certification required

·        Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred

·        Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions

·        Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
