Sales Leader – Hospitality Programs

Fort Lauderdale, FL (South Florida Territory)

An established national supplier of branded drinkware and hospitality merchandising programs is seeking a bilingual Sales Leader to expand its presence throughout South Florida. This is a true business development role focused on opening new hospitality accounts, launching customized beverage programs, and building long-term client partnerships across resorts, casinos, entertainment venues, restaurants, and other high-volume hospitality operations.

What You Will Do

• Identify, pursue, and secure new hospitality accounts throughout the South Florida market.
• Develop relationships with ownership groups, food & beverage executives, purchasing leaders, and venue decision-makers.
• Introduce customized drinkware and branded beverage programs that enhance guest experience and generate incremental revenue for clients.
• Lead new program launches, including product presentations, menu integration, POS materials, and staff training.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing account development.
• Build a territory with a first-year objective of approximately 20 new client accounts.
• Grow relationships into long-term partnerships while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal operations and customer support teams to ensure successful program execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Hospitality, beverage, foodservice, restaurant supply, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success developing new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-driven sales.
• Comfortable calling on executive-level decision-makers and navigating complex sales environments.
• Experience presenting solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and training client teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage an active sales pipeline independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
• Existing relationships within the South Florida hospitality community are highly valued.

Compensation & Details

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 , with flexibility based on experience and existing industry relationships.
• Monthly commission structure.

• Top-performing sales professionals have exceeded $400,000 annually , although this is reserved for established, high-producing territories.
