Role Overview

As a Closer, you will be instrumental in converting pre-qualified leads into loyal clients. Working primarily over phone and video calls, you'll leverage your expertise to conduct in-depth product demonstrations, skillfully address customer concerns, and expertly guide prospects through the final stages of the sales process. This role is focused on consultative selling, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of our insurance solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads provided by our Appointment Setting team via phone and video conferencing.
• Conduct thorough and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
• Masterfully handle objections and provide clear, concise solutions to client concerns.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
• Manage your pipeline effectively from initial engagement to deal closure.
• Communicate professionally and effectively across all channels, including phone, video, and written correspondence.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively over phone and video.
• Rapport Building: Skill in establishing strong connections and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Objection Handling: Proven ability to address concerns and overcome hesitations with confidence and tact.
• Pipeline Management: Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from lead engagement to successful closing.
• Adaptability: Comfortable and effective in a virtual sales environment, utilizing various communication tools.
• Resilience: Ability to remain positive and persistent in the face of challenges.
• Self-Direction: Capacity to work independently and manage your time effectively to achieve goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus commission. Expected annual earnings range from $60,000 to $140,000 USD, directly reflecting your performance and success in closing deals.

This role is performed from our office location.
