Procurement Manager, Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and maintain category strategies for Supply Chain/Logistics in partnership with business stakeholders and Procurement leadership.
Build and manage a sourcing pipeline aligned to stakeholder priorities, spend opportunity, risk, and business impact.
Lead RFx events, supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations, and contracting activities in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders.
Partner with FP&A to support savings validation, reporting, and financial capture.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement opportunities across assigned categories.
Coordinate, coach, and help prioritize work for procurement team members supporting assigned categories.
Provide clear visibility to project status, savings delivery, risks, and key decision points.
Support broader Global Procurement initiatives, including spend analytics, policy compliance, reporting, supplier management, and process improvement.
