Job Summary

We are seeking a production assembler to assist in the assembly and preparation of custom millwork products such as doors, frames, and windows. Duties include measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing materials to meet production specifications. Successful candidates will have basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Assemble millwork products according to production schedules and quality standards
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure and cut materials accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Skills Required

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• English proficiency is required

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma

Additional Requirements

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; or 7:00 am – 5:30 pm depending on production needs

Pay Rate/Salary

• $14.00 - $15.00/hr. based on experience
