Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Nightingale Nursing & Rehab Center | Erie, PA

Nightingale Nursing & Rehab Center in Erie is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. If you’re passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, this role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do

Complete PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Collaborate closely with OT, ST, Nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Document services accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility strategies, safety, and equipment

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Resident-centered, compassionate approach
