If you can sell, follow up, and hustle, we’ll train you.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $55,000–$120,000Health insurancePTO & sick leaveOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environment and ongoing trainingWhat You’ll DoGuide customers through the entire buying process, from the first hello through delivery, while making the experience honest, straightforward, and enjoyableLearn the Ford lineup, including vehicle features, towing and payload capabilities, financing options, and how each vehicle fits a customer’s needsFollow up consistently with leads, past customers, and internet inquiries to build your pipeline and generate repeat businessCoordinate test drives, appraisals, and trade-insMeet and exceed monthly sales and gross profit goalsMaintain an organized CRM and keep your pipeline fullRepresent AM Ford in the community with professionalism and integrityReview daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance to identify opportunities for improvementFollow dealership procedures for test drives, including obtaining proper identificationWhat We’re Looking ForSales experience preferred, but automotive sales experience is not requiredA motivated closer with a positive attitude and genuine hustleExcellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachableComfortable working with technology, including CRM systems, digital retailing tools, texting, and emailStrong organizational and written communication skillsA valid driver’s license with an insurable driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug testA team player who is enthusiastic about helping customers and achieving resultsAM Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
