Title: Receptionist (1 Month Contract)

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating guest services, and providing exceptional customer support while maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily visitor registrations through the guest management system.
• Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Check in guests and direct them to the appropriate individual, department, or meeting location.
• Coordinate meeting guest arrivals and scheduling for the executive floor while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide a seamless and elevated experience for VIP guests.
• Notify administrative staff of guest arrivals and assist with visitor coordination.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and service providers.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and guest-ready at all times.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable with a strong sense of urgency.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presence and demeanor when interacting with executives, clients, and visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
• This individual takes pride in creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional service to every guest and employee they encounters
