Job Title: Nursing Assistant Job Summary: Join Intersect Healthcare of Elmwood, a trusted and compassionate healthcare provider in the Detroit area, where we have been servicing the community for over 30 years. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary clinical team, providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting independence and dignity. Our 110-bed facility offers a range of care services, including skilled nursing, long-term care, and hospice care. Responsibilities:- Assist nursing staff with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote resident comfort and well-being
- Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime and snack services, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
- Support residents with mobility and transfers, promoting safety and independence
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience preferred
- PART_TIME schedule available
