Project Manager - Land Development

I am working with an established civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Land Development Project Manager within Ohio. The position will involve managing a variety of private sector development projects while supporting clients and technical teams throughout the region. Salary: $105,000–$150,000, depending on experience. Job Specifications: Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects Oversee project budgets, schedules and technical deliverables Coordinate grading, drainage, paving and utility design Lead and mentor civil engineers and designers Manage client communication and project expectations Liaise with municipalities, review agencies and external consultants Review plans, reports, calculations and construction documents Assist with proposals, client development and business development activities Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Ohio Professional Engineer license preferred Previous land or site development experience Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater design AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Existing knowledge of the Ohio development market would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment
