Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Production Associates who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long-term career! Overview 1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-12:00am,Monday-Thursday 3rd Shift: 9:00pm–5:30am, Sunday–Thursday Pay rate: $19/hr – $22/hr, depending on experience and shift Production Associate Duties Blend and package products according to specifications Learn how to operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe Use stand-up forklifts (training provided) Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part People who succeed in this role Have previous manufacturing experience Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently Want a stable job with a steady schedule Don’t mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.) Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean Work environment Locker access available PPE provided: safety shoes if needed, smocks, hair nets, hearing protection, odor masks Not a high-speed setting; the work is steady and methodical Strong culture of teamwork, respect, and helping each other out Cross training opportunities and room to grow into other departments Additional Details Temp-to-hire role with full benefits upon permanent hire If this sounds like the kind of place where you’d thrive, don’t wait.
