Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, performing risk assessments and crisis interventions in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and referrals Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across various software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace Wired, stable internet connection for remote work Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
