Overview Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Arcadia. Responsibilities Maintain the production schedule without compromising safety. Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent. Be proficient with heavy machinery and ensure the quality of work performed and materials delivered. Know and understand the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications. Apply technical abilities in underground utility construction and demonstrate strong management skills to lead and supervise employees. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the crew. Hold the crew accountable to compliance, quality, and safety of the project. Qualifications Experience as a Pipe Foreman; FDOT experience preferred.
