Studio Advisor – Role Overview BODYROK offers high‑intensity, low‑impact Pilates workouts that tone, sculpt and redefine your body and mind in just 40‑50 minutes. As a rapidly growing company, we seek committed and dedicated fitness enthusiasts to help grow our business and share the promise of BODYROK with more people. Responsibilities Deliver the BODYROK service promise: maintain a clean, friendly, and well‑maintained studio; adhere to schedule, dress code, and basic team member standards. Assist members and guests in‑person and via email with inquiries; ensure proper check‑in procedures, including monitoring incoming emails. Maintain studio cleanliness: keep bathrooms, changing rooms, towels, laundry, and trash orderly; perform hourly bathroom and studio checks. Initiate tasks and perform duties independently without micromanagement. Generate revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase enrollment, package purchases, and merchandise sales. Conduct member and guest check‑in compliance: greet all, ensure procedures are followed, and thank guests upon exit. Sell membership programs and specials; create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries. Use MindBody software to track sales, reconcile transactions, and report outcomes to management. Tour potential members through the studio, present equipment, services, and amenities, and handle member service issues (address changes, electronic funds setup, billing questions). Update supply and maintenance logs, promote and sell merchandise, and keep the front desk area clutter‑free. Follow up with enrolled members to ensure we exceed expectations and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience. 1–2 years of MindBody software experience. Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and a performance‑based culture. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of sales practices and techniques. Independent, self‑starter with strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Organized and detail‑oriented. Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality. Comfortable speaking with new people. Flexible availability from 5 am to 10 pm; must work at least two weekend days per month. Certifications / Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements Occasional sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs. Work Environment Exposure to moving mechanical parts. Studio noise levels are loud. Requires confidence in interacting with people and making them feel welcome. Compensation Base salary: $17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission for each sale completed.
