Vision Access Navigator & Front Desk Specialist

Colorado-Coalition-For-the-Homeless

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Patient Navigation Specialist- Vision to join the Vision Services team in Denver. You will be the front desk ambassador, helping patients access eye care, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals while addressing transportation barriers. This role supports trauma-informed, patient-centered care within the Stout Street Health Center. The position requires strong communication, a commitment to serving unhoused populations, and bilingual #J-18808-Ljbffr Colorado-Coalition-For-the-Homeless
