Requirements Need provider for 9 months Outpatient Cardiac Surgery APP need for HUMC office - 30 Prospect Ave, One Link Cardiac Surgery Office Outpatient No inpatient Covering for a leave of absence Will need up to date CDA and DEA Must have NJ license M-F, 4, 10 hr shifts alternating 1 day off per week Preoperative and postoperative cardiac surgery patients. Sessions upwards of 10 patients per day (estimate) 5 physicians in house Directly working with 5 other outpatient APN's, as well as the Clinical APN manager. Collegially working/conferring with Inpatient APN's / PA's Office has clerical coordinators, scheduling coordinators, CMA's, a supervisor and an office manager. Procedures required - minor post-operative which may include wound debridement and packing placement.
