What You'll Do: • Fill custom orders for our loyal customers with care and precision. • Engage with all our customers while serving them. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Learn a wide variety of cuts — from everyday staples to specialty requests • Cut and prepare a full range of meat selections to offer to our customers each day. • Represent the values of a family business that Tyler has trusted for generations What We're Looking For: • A warm, genuine personality — our customers are family • A strong work ethic and a willingness to show up and give your best every day • Eagerness to learn — no experience required, just the right attitude • Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something meaningful • A team-first mindset, which means dependability.
