As part of Teledyne Microwave Solutions—a global leader in high-power microwave and radio frequency technologies—you help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards demanded by the U.S. and allied defense platforms worldwide. Your expertise directly supports operational readiness, customer trust, and long-term product excellence.What You'll DoInspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished products for compliance with specificationsPerform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using precision measurement toolsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plansIdentify, document, and report nonconforming materials or processesPrepare inspection, rejection, and first article reportsCommunicate inspection results and recommend corrective actionsSupport quality audits and supplier inspectionsEnter inspection and test data into quality systemsApply acceptance or rejection identification as requiredHelp reduce rework, downtime, and quality escapesWhat You NeedStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications – requiredExperience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges – requiredKnowledge of mechanical and/or electrical inspection methods – requiredHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skills – requiredVocational certificate or Associate degree in a technical field – required10+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment – requiredExperience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing – preferredProficiency with computerized quality or data entry systems – preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and comprehensive health benefits401(k) with company match and retirement programsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and tuition assistanceStable work environment supporting mission-critical technologyAfter you apply, our recruiting team will review your qualifications.
