This role ensures that production lines are stocked and finished goods are prepared for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any damage. \\* Accurately record material information in inventory management systems. \\* Safely transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. \\* Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility. \\* Supply production lines with necessary components and retrieve finished goods. \\* Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading onto trucks. \\* Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities. \\* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. \\* Operate and perform basic maintenance checks on material handling equipment. \\* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or discrepancies to a supervisor. \\* Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping departments to ensure efficient material flow.
