Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a security officer, security guard, and/or other safety and protection related fields, including customer Process visitors and announce their presence to residents / owners / offices * Check identification, and ensure proper authorization is granted prior to Monitor CCTV and alarm systems * Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations and post Document and maintain log of visitor’s vehicle * Patrol assigned location/facility as needed * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid state security license/ certificate * Strong computer skills * Strong customer service skills * Demonstrated experience working as a security officer * Residential security experience is a PLUS! * Previous experience in access control and or CCTV camera systems
