Lead Restoration Technician

• Help guide and support technicians assigned to the project.
• Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation for emergency response. * WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Restoration or mitigation field experience; lead experience is a plus.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company and insurance driving requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, good judgment, follow-through, and a team-first attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
• Comfort using smartphones, mobile apps, cloud-based systems, and digital field documentation.
• Willingness to learn and appropriately use approved AI-assisted tools and modern technology as part of DRYOUTpro PLUS workflows. * PHYSICAL & FIELD REQUIREMENTS This is an active field role. Essential duties may include regularly lifting and carrying equipment or materials weighing approximately 50 pounds; handling heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling; climbing ladders; and working in attics, crawlspaces, or other limited-access areas when appropriate. Team members may work in hot, humid, dusty, or otherwise challenging restoration environments and must use required PPE and follow company safety procedures. WHY DRYOUTpro PLUS

The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world. The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
