Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $55–$60/hour.
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $114,400 – $124,800/year based on full-time schedule.
• Additional Earnings: Base hourly compensation plus commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry.
• Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
• Take and interpret dental radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
