Responsibilities:

- Processes and packages meat portion control cuts.
- Operates meat tenderizer and vacuum packager.
- Prepares, weighs, packages, and boxes meat products.
- Responsible for meat storage and cleaning and sanitizing meat room.
- Other duties and assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must successfully pass apprentice/training program.
