Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Required Experience Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a Desktop Support/Network Admin or Systems Admin Professional Proficient in Server Administration and Networking, with experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications. Strong background in Active Directory and general system administration tasks. Excellent communication abilities, capable of guiding customers step-by-step through problem resolution. Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Experience troubleshooting printers, particularly Zebra printers. Ability to install, move, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for site-to-site travel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication capabilities.
