Part-Time Production Associate Job Description We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production processes and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods onto production lines or machinery Assist with product assembly, sorting, and processing based on instructions and blueprints Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met Package completed products, label appropriately, and prepare for storage or shipment Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying conditions (noise, dust, temperature changes) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Schedule Part-time Monday–Friday Pay Compensation is based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Snelling Charlotte
